A second year University assignment – create a small website usilising Actionscript in the navigation. This Shoutnet website acts as a small promotional piece for a fictional web service, that would allow young people to meet other like-minded friends through a forum based site. The simple Flash™ site allows users to watch the Shoutnet TV commercial and download Shoutnet wallpapers.
